1) What is your delivery time?

We typically ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery with our shipping partner usually takes 2–5 business days in Denmark. In other countries, it takes between 2-8 days.

2) What does shipping cost?

Shipping costs 39 DKK in Denmark, and for other countries, it is calculated at checkout.

3) Can I return an item?

Yes, you have a 14-day right of return from the day you receive the item. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. You can find more information under "Help" --> "Return Portal".

4) How do I track my order?

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

5) Do you offer pickup?

No, Sencillo does not have a physical store, so we only offer delivery.

6) What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, MobilePay/Apple Pay/Google Pay/Mastercard/Visa/PayPal.

7) How do I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not been shipped yet, we can usually change/cancel it. If it has been shipped, we require you to return it and pay for the return shipping yourself. You can find more information under "Help" --> "Return Portal".

8) What do I do if my item is damaged upon delivery?

Take pictures of the packaging and product, and contact our support. We will assist with an exchange or refund.

9) How durable is your jewelry?

Sencillo jewelry is made of stainless steel with a durable PVD gold plating that lasts up to 8-10 times longer than traditional methods. They are waterproof and perfume-resistant but should be protected from harsh surfaces for the longest lifespan.
