You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return and receive a refund. Once your return has been registered, the item must be returned within 14 days. Items must be unused and in their original condition and original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Returns are processed through our return portal, which you can find via the button at the bottom of the page. The return cost varies depending on the country you are returning from. Once you have purchased a return label through the return portal, you will receive an email with the return label once it has been approved by us.

This usually takes 1-3 business days. The return label must be printed by you and securely attached to the package. The return should preferably be sent in the original shipping box and must not exceed the original dimensions of the box.

Once your return has been approved and your return label has been issued, the package must be dropped off with the shipping carrier within 14 days. If the package is not dropped off within this period, the return request will be cancelled, and the return will no longer be accepted. The amount paid for the return label is non-refundable.

We have up to 15 business days to process your return after it has been received at our warehouse. During periods of high demand, processing times may be longer. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
