1. Returns must be requested no later than 14 days after you have received your order.

2. All items must be returned unused and in original condition with all original packaging.

3. The package should preferably be returned in the original shipping box, or alternatively in your own shipping box, but it must not exceed the original dimensions.

4. The return label must be purchased via the form below and affixed clearly and securely to the package.

5. Select the country you are shipping from, then complete the form and make the payment to receive your return label.

6. Once the return is approved, you will receive a return label as a PDF via email. The return label must be printed and attached to the package.

7. After receiving the return label, the package must be handed over to the shipping company within 14 days.
