Hard Surfaces:
Avoid your jewelry coming into contact with hard surfaces such as metal or glass. This is the biggest cause of wear and tear on gold-plated jewelry, and avoiding it will ensure a much longer lifespan for them. In places such as the posts of earrings, it is to be expected that the gold plating will wear off over time, but this is not a visible spot when they are in use.
Storage:
Avoid them lying close to other jewelry and rubbing against each other. The most optimal way is to store them in the box they came in.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
If you want your gold-plated jewelry to retain its beautiful glow and shine, we recommend that you occasionally clean them with water, a little soap, and a fine cloth.
Avoid Contact with Harsh Chemicals:
Acids can etch the metal and gold plating. Therefore, we recommend that when using strong chemicals and cleaning agents, they should be removed for the longest possible lifespan.
Adjustable Rings:
Our adjustable jewelry and rings should only be adjusted when absolutely necessary. If they are adjusted too much and too often, they can stress the metal and, in the worst case, break.
